The Gangs all here!

This past weekend- we were so lucky to have the entire Sutton, Baird, Haynes crew all together! We haven't had that since last Christmas! Everyone ventured our way and we had an amazing visit. I hadn't seen Libby (or any of the others since June) so alot has changed. It was so much fun playing, chasing, reading, talking, laughing, and just being together. LaLa, Lobster and Hailey- greeting in the driveway!
Hi Honey and Uncle Skeet- we have missed you!

Lobster let me hold her right on the bat- which is evidentally a very good sign. She is at that stage where she really only wants her mommy or daddy- but you can add Sugar to that list! :)

Hailey had to have the attention of the guys for a better part of their time! I think EVERYONE played "Oscar" at least some point during their stay.

Mattie- isn't that a sweet picture! I just love how angelic she looks. One day I am going to miss that sweet habit.... hopefully.

Sassy pants Hailey strutting her stuff.

Mattie and Uncle Skeet!

I HEART THE LOBSTER!!!
On Monday- we headed to the Aquarium at Moody Gardens- it was so much fun. The last time we took the girls they were 12 months old, not walking, and not that interested...

this time was a totally different story! They loved it! Mattie and Hailey kept pointing and saying "fish". So CUTE! Libby seemed to enjoy it too once she was out of the stroller.

What do you think a Macaroni or a Rockhopper?

Mattie and her Best Friend bunny- doesn't it look like they are having a conversation?

Honey and me!

Exploring the "hands on" exhibit...

Scott scaring us all...
All 3 girls favortie part... PENGUINS!!!

I think all 3 made a buddy.

Hailey- checking out the sponges.

Scott- jail? Hmmm...

Please Lord- do not let me ever see this!?!?!

I smell T-R-O-U-B-L-E!

How sweet is that picture! We LOVE G-Daddy and Honey! The last night everyone was here- my sweet friend Laura babysat all 3 littles so that all the adults could go to dinner at Rudy and Paco's to celebrate Ken's BIG birthday that is right around the corner. It was AMAZING! Once LaLa heard that Libby was sound asleep we were able to sit back and enjoy a meal not involving sippy cups, thrown food, toys to entertain... you know the drill. A great night- a great visit- great family! We love you all! Can't wait to see everyone again Thanksgiving!

Favorite October Weekend!

This past weekend- The Kummerfeld's came to town- G-town that is! We were able to spend time talking, laughing, and loving. I don't know it Galveston would mean what it does to me without Katy- she is my definition of a heart friend. I pray that we are as close 20 years from now as we are now. We are just in synd- ya know? I pray we all have a friend that we can just sync with! It is so funny how much we think alike- sometimes just a nod is all we need! :) Get it?
Hahahahah! Here we are outside of Rudy and Paco's! Thank heaven for babysitters even if the thought of 3 terrified her. We had an amazing time with The K's and David's parents!!! :)

Me and the hubs- he's so cute!

Here are few pictures of the girls playing together! :) I love seeing all 3 together!!!!

Lilly's face: PRICELESS!!!

Show her how it's done Mattie!

Hailey leading Lilly in the "wrong direction" I am sure...

The four of us after church- First Baptist just isn't the same without you guys! We love you so much! I am so thankful that God has given me your friendship. I love you!

After the K's headed out- we headed to the beach... here is what I caught on the camera...

Hailey- NEVER sits still- here is a way that "Stopped" her and she loved it!

That is one BUSY MOMMY!

Mattie= no fear of the ocean= scared mom!!! Hailey is with me safely on the sand!

Temple get away...

Last Saturday- I was able to visit Temple TX to help celebrate my favorite Texas girl Lilly's first birthday! It was precious. Katy sure knows how to throw a party! I arrived Friday night before the party- since my inlaws were in town- it was just me and a very quite 4 hour drive! When I got there, Katy's dad- Hot Rod, took us out to dinner. It was big fun! I always have an amazing time with Katy's fam- it is like my family away from home. :) :) :) Katy's dad takes as much care of me as he does her- Dr. Pepper is a big deal. :) It was so sweet- as Lilly's gift- Hot Rod gave Katy a David Yurman bracelet to be given to Lilly when she is old enough. What a sweet, thoughtful gift for a mommy! :) Katy and I spent the rest of the night, talking- what we do best! I really just love our friendship!
Saturday- everything was perfect, great weather, great food, great timing, and one happy little girl!

Such a sweet face- I am so thankful I was able to share in your big day! :)

Happy 1st Birthday Lilly K! The Haynes Family loves you!

Grammy and Pop Pop are coming to town!

Here we are ready and waiting for Grammy and Pop Pop to arrive...

We love to be outside and now it is tolerable since the weather has changed. I have never seen Galveston more beautiful than it is in the early fall. :)

Grammy and Pop Pop made it here about 8:00pm Wednesday night- we had about enough time for a few hugs and laps around the living room and it was off to bed.

The girls had the best time being in the "spot light". It was so fun watching them with their grandparents. I love having both set s of grandparents come to visit- I really feel like I get a ton accomplished. :) They are so much HELP and with these 2 busy bees- I need all the help I can get!
That is a lap full!

Friday- I headed to Temple to see my best friend Katy and celebrate Lilly's 1st Birthday. I was able to leave the girls with Ken's parents and have some "Mommy Down time"- which was great. I was really able to help with set-up for the party and not just chasing littles. :) (The party is another post coming soon!) I got back Saturday afternoon, so Ken and I got to sneak away for a "date night" at Yamatos. It was great!

Sunday, after church, we headed to The Kemah Boardwalk. The girls loved being outside and seeing everything, but Hailey was definitely OVER her stroller once we got her out. I had to break out the "IN CASE OF EMERGENCY PACIFIER"- whew! We made it.

After the board walk- we headed to eat at LaBrisa. It was great! The girls ate their weight in beans and rice and fajita steak! Thanks so much for coming to visit us! We enjoyed every minute! Come again soon!
