December- off and running!

We have kicked the Christmas season off right- a real life trip on the Polar Express!!! The day after Thanksgiving, The Haynes gang hopped a plane back to Galveston for the night. Saturday morning we got up and headed to Tyler, TX to meet up with bestie, Katy K. and her family. We arrived right at 3:00pm-plenty of time for Katy and I to do some VERY quick Christmas shopping for the girls! After that we headed back to get the girls ready for their big night out!

Matching jammies were a must!

We boarded the train in Palestine and off we went to The North Pole! On the way there, the train was filled with the storybook story, Christmas carols, hot chocolate, and cookies for all!

As we got to the North Pole, we were able to see Santa in his homeland! We waved out the window- excitement filled the train. Before long we were headed back to the station- much to our surprise- Santa comes through our train car and gives each child a bell! It was an awesome experience and so much fun! A big thanks to David and Katy's in-laws for letting us stay with them again!

The BEST way to start this season by far!

The whole crew! It has been a true blessing watching Lilly, Mattie, Hailey, and Paige become such sweet friends- we LOVE you guys!
