March of Dimes Walk!!

The March of Dimes has truly become very dear to my heart- I only recently learned what exactly it does... when I had Mattie and Hailey at 33 weeks due to being preeclampsic. My girls were in the NICU for 2 weeks and thankfully were very healthy, but I saw a lot of families that weren't so lucky. I have now become a very strong believer in helping others that face these challenges and hopefully try to prevent them too. If you would like to donate- GREAT! If not, please just add these families and babies to your prayer list... PRAYER WORKS!

I've joined March for Babies because the March of Dimes champions the needs of moms and babies in our community and across the nation. The money we raise for March for Babies will help:
- support all-important research offering preventions and solutions for babies born too soon or with birth defects
- educate women on things they can do to increase their chances of having a healthy baby
- provide comfort and information to families with a newborn in intensive care
- push for newborn screening and health insurance for all pregnant women and children
